Michelle Scott
With over 20 years of experience in the corporate and non-profit sectors, Michelle is an inspiring business partner. Before founding her company, she worked in Project Management and Learning & Development across industries like global hospitality and international banking. After more than a decade in the corporate world, Michelle transitioned to the non-profit sector to align her work with her values. She has consulted on youth work-based learning initiatives and served as Director of Development & Business Partnerships for an arts organization. For Michelle, social responsibility is not just her business—it’s her way of life. She serves on the Christ Universal Temple Board of Directors and is a member of Chicago Women in Philanthropy. She’s also an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., where the motto is “service to all mankind.” Previously, she served on the Illinois Arts Council Grant Review Panel.
Michelle holds an MBA from DePaul University and a Bachelor’s in Marketing from Western Illinois University.
