A true winning experience is what Allyson Massie Wynn had in mind in 1996 when she founded “The Wynning Experience”, a national event and meeting management agency. Leaving a career in public relations and development, Allyson recognized firsthand the important role that events and meetings play in competitive business management, sales, and customer relations. She also witnessed the impact that well-planned events have on customer and client engagement. Allyson possesses the knowledge and passion for turning events into a true “Wynning Experience”.
Allyson is a proven event planner with over 20 years of experience in event management. Her expertise lies in project management, consumer-focused promotion, and strategic execution. Throughout her career, Allyson has excelled in bringing brands to life. She consistently demonstrates the ability to build bridges between consumers and their preferred brands. Her clients include The Coca-Cola Company; Anheuser-Busch, Inc.; the City of Mobile; The Children’s Health Fund; and University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, to name a few.
Allyson honed her craft working on large-scale projects such as the Essence Festival, Billboard Music Awards, Oprah Live Your Best Life Tour, and the National Football League Super Bowl. In addition, her passion for event planning earned her national recognition and an acknowledgment by her peers and professional organizations.

We work along side our clients to insure sponsorships are fulfilled according to the agreement, i.e., website, signage and program ads, booths, product placement, speaking opportunities, etc. We also plan and host activities associated with the sponsored event.
